09bt Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the 09bt platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and all its users ("you", "user"). By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you give your full consent to these Terms.

09bt is an online entertainment platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and other gaming services. The platform operates in English for Bangladeshi users and supports Bangladeshi payment methods.

These Terms are effective according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). In the event of any legal dispute or question of interpretation, this version of the document shall be considered the authoritative reference.

1.1 Scope of the Terms

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To participate on the 09bt platform, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age and able to verify this with a valid ID.
• You must confirm that online gaming is not legally prohibited in the country from which you are accessing the platform.
• You may hold only one account in your own name.
• All information provided must be completely accurate and your own.

If any user provides false information to conceal their age, 09bt reserves the right to immediately close that account and forfeit any remaining balance.

3 Account Registration

To create an account at 09bt, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. The user bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of registration.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or IP address. Attempting to create multiple accounts may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts, and any deposited funds and bonuses will be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the 09bt support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

09bt may request documents for identity verification at any time, particularly at the time of withdrawal. Required documents may include:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of bank account or mobile banking verification
• A utility bill or other official document for address verification

09bt has the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on 09bt can be made through Bangladesh's major mobile banking and banking methods.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

09bt currently supports the following payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service
• Nagad — Mobile banking service authorized by the postal department
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service
• Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank

4.2 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method)
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account within a few minutes
• While there is no maximum deposit limit, 09bt reserves the right to verify large transactions for security purposes

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Standard withdrawals are completed within 5–30 minutes
• Withdrawal requests must be made only to a verified payment method and in the name of the registered account holder
• Funds will only be returned to the source of the deposit — they will not be sent to third-party accounts

4.4 Fraudulent Activity

In cases of suspicious or fraudulent transactions, 09bt reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and notify the relevant authorities. If evidence of chargebacks or false claims is found, the account will be closed immediately.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

09bt offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳14,000 or more → Maximum bonus ৳10,000 → Total balance ৳24,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount.

Example: If you receive a ৳1,500 bonus → ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses do not apply to multiple accounts from the same household or device
• If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is active, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be forfeited
• 09bt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on 09bt are conducted fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer technology.

6.1 Bet Cancellation or Amendment

A bet that has been confirmed cannot generally be changed or cancelled. However, 09bt reserves the right to void a bet and refund the staked amount in the event of a technical error or a display of incorrect information.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game round is left incomplete due to a server or network outage, 09bt will review that game round and make a decision based on fairness. Clearly abnormal winnings resulting from a technical error will not be recognized.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts
• Deliberately exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs
• Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes
• Any form of cheating or match-fixing

7 Responsible Gaming

09bt believes that online gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income. We encourage our users to play responsibly.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

09bt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Providing false or incorrect information
• Fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity
• Suspicion of money laundering
• Operating multiple accounts
• Extended period of inactivity

8.1 Account Closure at the User's Request

You may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. It is possible to withdraw your verified balance before the account is closed, however any bonus funds will be forfeited.

8.2 After Account Closure

After an account is closed, the user's information will be retained by 09bt for a specified period in accordance with its privacy policy. The retained data may be used to meet legal obligations and prevent fraud.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 09bt platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, audio-visual elements, and databases — is the intellectual property of 09bt or its licensors.

Users may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Reprinting, redistributing, or selling any content from the platform
• Collecting data through automated means (scraping)
• Unauthorized use of 09bt's brand or logo
• Analyzing or reverse engineering the platform's source code

10 Limitation of Liability

09bt makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform, however 09bt will not be held liable in the following cases:

• Issues caused by internet disconnection or failure of third-party services
• Faults in the user's own device or software
• Loss of user data or funds due to unauthorized access, where such access resulted from the user's own negligence
• Force majeure situations — natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unavoidable causes

09bt's maximum liability shall in no circumstances exceed the actual deposit amount held in the relevant user's account.

11 Privacy

09bt never sells your personal information to third parties. Information is used solely for operating the service, verifying identity, and fulfilling legal obligations.

12 Changes to Terms

09bt reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. In the case of significant changes, a notice will be posted on the platform or sent to the registered email address.
